It is very easy to take part in the BJ’s Feedback survey. In order to participate, customers can follow these steps:
#1. Visit the Survey Website: Take the survey on bjs.com/feedback or https://www.bjs.com/.
#2. Enter Receipt Information: Customer needs to enter detailed information from his/her most recent BJ’s receipt, including store number, date, and time of visit.
#3. A customer has to enter the given personal information and then go ahead to answer the survey questions. The survey covers various aspects of shopping including choice of products, assistance from the staff in the store, the cleanliness of the store, and how satisfied a customer feels about the whole experience.
#4. Submit Your Reactions: At this stage, once all the survey questions are answered by the customer, the answers can be considered and submitted.
#5. Get a Reward: With the completion of the customer satisfaction survey, customers get a validation code or a reward redeemable on next visit to BJ’s Wholesale Club.
#6. All is fast and, statistically speaking, would not take more than 10 minutes to complete the survey.
